We went to a friends wedding this past weekend and Olya had so much fun, dancing, blowing bubbles, playing with the new baby Sophie, (our friends Joe and Jynell just had a baby 2 weeks ago and named her Sophie) and STICKING HER FINGERS IN THE CAKE!!!! ugh...

The Canoe Trip

Olya had her first canoe trip this year, with Uncle Timmy and Aunt Laurie. She had so much fun! They brought snacks for her and let her tell them where to go, like when she demanded to ride through the weeds! She had so much fun and sun, she actually fell asleep in the boat and took an hour nap! We went up the Big Betsy for about a 5 hour trip, what a sport she was.

A Day At The Beach

We had so much fun at Watervale this year. Olya was really in to playing on the beach. Caleb and Timmy had a great time too, playing with Timmys kite!

ITS A BOY!!!

We had our first ultrasound today and found out we are having a boy! Everything looked great and is all where it should be at this stage, his heartbeat was strong and perfect and he was moving all around! It is such an exciting milestone in pregnancy to see this, and it really just took my breath away.

Fishing With Daddy

This was a summer of boating trips for Olya! (We finally found a life jacket small enough for her!) She got her first rides in the fishing boat, the hobie cat sail boat and a canoe trip ! Here are some pics from her first fishing trip with daddy! She had a blast and screamed "FISHIES" when reeling up her first catch!

Play Doh With Granberry

Olya got her first Play Doh set from Granberry and SHE LOVES IT!! She played with it almost every morning while we were up north!

Dirty Girl

Olya discovered her love of DIRT, well, sand this last week. She had such a blast getting dirty in that sand behind the cottage! She even shared some of her fun with Josie, who, by the way, was SUCH a good sport, all week long!

At Watervale!

Everywhere we go, ever since Caleb and I met, we have taken a photo like this. We hold out the camera in front of us and take our own pic. After taking this one, it seemed like the perfect one. I had a college professor tell me once, if you ever perfect anything, move on and do something else. I really dont think I'll ever get another one like this!
